After 30+ years scaling first-to-market technology products at Motorola, Jawbone, yurbuds/Harman, TrackR, Neato Robotics, Bragi, among others. I've founded my own manufacturer's rep firm, bought and sold an elevator company, and more — helped grow early stage companies from $100M to $3.2B while building global teams and category leadership — I saw the same pattern everywhere: sales organizations drowning in generic outreach, high customer and employee turnover (50%+ in SaaS), and buyer fatigue from generic spam not to mention lazy sellers using canned email sequences and talk tracks pretending their message and approach was unique.

About Grant Hanson

Grant Hanson is not a consultant with a playbook. He's an Executive MBA educated and former CEO and CRO who has built revenue organizations, scaled companies globally, pitch PE and VC firms for funding rounds, navigated exits, launched category-defining products, installed new teams, systems, and tools. Sometimes he's had to rebuild stalled sales and marketing engines — around the world and covering more than 30 years at the top of the org chart.

He founded Amplify Intelligence AI because after three decades of doing this work, he saw the same gap everywhere: companies with real growth potential, stalled by strategy that never reached the frontline, sales teams without a consistent process or mentors, and underutilized sales tools, including new very expensive AI tools. A huge gap is that lack of coaching provided to Directors and VP's within organizations that think because they were effective sellers, they will be great leaders. That is definitely NOT a good assumption without providing mentors to your leaders.

So he built a system to fix it.

Grant Hanson has spent 30+ years building revenue engines for companies that needed more than a plan — they needed someone who could lead from the front.

His career spans consumer electronics, SaaS, manufacturing, distribution, and beyond. He's scaled organizations from early-stage startups to $100M+ in revenue, built and managed teams of 125+, and launched products and companies into more than 50 countries — establishing global distribution networks, MAP pricing strategies, and Rep Firm partnerships along the way.

Grant has worked with and inside some of the most recognizable names in tech and consumer hardware — Motorola, Jawbone, yurbuds (acquired by Harman International), TrackR, Neato Robotics, and Bragi — driving category-creating growth and building the go-to-market strategies that differentiate and win. In SaaS, he led top-performing sales organizations at Paycor and Kinetic Global. He also built LFT Marketing for a decade, his own manufacturer's rep firm, helping dozens of startup brands break into retail with first-of-kind technology and as well as established powerhouse brands.

He's bought and sold an elevator company. He helped a friend launch a crowdfunded consumer electronics startup. He has never met an industry he couldn't learn fast and compete in.
